Cora Mostrales

Cora takes a tricycle with her youngest son to school every day. This is how they've always gotten around, and over time she’s grown used to commuting – even under the heat of the sun. What makes it easier, and even enjoyable, is that it's time they get to spend together, something they both look forward to.

"I love my son," she says. "No matter how hot it gets, I’ll always take him to and from school."

"Sometimes, all my children and I would bond during our jeepney rides. We really enjoy those times."

For Cora, commuting isn’t just about getting from one place to another. It's also time she gets to spend with her children, and one of the ways she shows her love.
